Contestio is a fully custom-built competition management platform designed for universities, foundations, and enterprises. It manages the entire lifecycle: application submission, multi-round judge evaluation, jury scoring, and automated results — all from one admin panel.
Contestio is ideal for organizations that run structured competitions with multiple evaluation phases — such as university talent programs, national hackathons, award ceremonies, scholarship selection processes, and research competitions.
No. Contestio is a cloud-based web platform. You and your participants can access it from any modern web browser. We handle deployment and hosting as part of the setup.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). The platform is GDPR compliant and hosted within EU-based infrastructure. Automated daily backups are included.
Yes. During onboarding, the Talivio team migrates your existing applicant data into the platform as part of the setup service. Scores, applicant lists, and reports can be exported as CSV files at any time.
Contestio uses role-based access control: Super Admin (full control), Admin (program & application management), Jury (evaluation and scoring, limited to assigned applications), and Participant (application submission and tracking).
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
Yes. You can create unlimited user accounts and assign them specific roles. Judges and jury members only see what they are authorized to see — their assigned applications.
The platform supports both equal-split assignment (each jury member gets a unique set of applications) and shared-pool assignment (all jury members evaluate the same pool). Assignments are managed from the admin panel.
Please contact our support team to request account deletion. Note that this action is irreversible.
Contestio is licensed at €999 per year, which includes the complete platform, deployment, support, and white-label customization. Additional customization work is available at €35/hour.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Bank transfer options are available for enterprise clients — contact us for details.
The annual license includes the full competition management system, jury and evaluation portals, the automated scoring engine, announcement and email notification tools, hosting and deployment, and direct support from the Talivio team.
No. The annual license covers unlimited applications, unlimited judges, and unlimited jury members. There are no hidden per-seat or per-submission charges.
You will be notified in advance of expiry. The platform remains active until the end of the license period. Renewal pricing is the same as the initial license.
The platform supports a 4-phase workflow: (1) Application submission, (2) System pre-screening with automated scoring, (3) Judge evaluation phase where judges review and filter candidates, (4) Jury scoring phase with weighted score calculation, and final results publication.
Yes. Application forms are custom-built for your program during setup and can include document and media uploads such as CVs, transcripts, and portfolios, with file types and size limits configured for your contest.
The system calculates a combined score using: a system pre-score (based on criteria configured for your program) + Category 1 jury scores (weighted average from assigned jury) + Category 2 jury scores (weighted average from shared-pool jury). All weights are configurable.
You can publish announcements to participants from the admin panel, and the platform automatically sends email notifications for key events such as status changes and results. Every email is logged and delivery-tracked.
Ensure you are using the correct email and password. If the issue persists, use the "Forgot Password" link or contact your organization's admin.
Admins can export scores, applicant lists, and program reports as CSV files from the admin panel. Contact support if you need a custom report format.
Check your spam/junk folder first. Ensure your email address is correct in your profile. Your organization's admin can verify the SMTP configuration.
You can reach the Talivio support team via the "Help" button inside the platform dashboard, or by emailing [email protected].
